"Quick and yummy!! I ordered early - patzki Good thing they sold out…"
"Erica delivered delicious Polish Food for the welcome party for our daughter’s wedding. Food was fantastic! The Polish food experts of the family cant stop talking about how good everything was! And the vegan guests said they were never so well fed at a party!!! Thanks Erica!"
"Me, my husband, my parents, my sister and her husband all did a pierogi making class on Saturday, and it was such a fun experience. The owner of the company led the class. She was so personable, knowledgeable and conversational. The classes are set up to make sure you have everything you need. It was very in-depth yet easy enough for those who just started learning how to cook or use dough. I couldn’t recommend this class or business enough."
"I had the opportunity to take part in one of the “Making Pierogis 101” classes today. Erica, the owner, was the instructor and she was great! She was personable, relatable, knowledgeable and directed the class efficiently. She was well organized and kept the event moving at a good pace. She was so enjoyable. I didn’t think I’d be able to make a decent pierogi but she’s a great teacher and thanks to her I was a success. And she plays good music. Beyond the class, we ordered and ate lunch there as well. The prepared sliders and pierogis were great! It was a 10 out of 10 experience all around and I absolutely plan to go back again. Thanks for a fun afternoon, Erica!"
"We pre-ordered paczki for today and MAN are they good! I had to try the strawberry jalapeno because it sounded so interesting, and I'm glad I did. Not spicy, don't worry, just nicely sweet with strawberry and pepper flavor. So good. They're everything you want in a real paczki - no jelly donuts here. I also got a couple of bags of their frozen pierogi while I was there, and they're so yummy. My favorite quick Friday Lenten dinner with a salad. Yum! I will return quickly because everything on the menu looked so good. Friendly, fun people making delicious Polish food in Eastern market. Definitely a fan."
"My husband & I took the Pierogi making class today taught by the owner Erica. She had everything well prepared. Her instructions were excellent. We had a great time!"
"Was lucky to check out the new place for their soft opening. Place looks great, and the pierogis were outstanding. Freshly made and pan seared to perfection. Not pictured are "kielbasa sliders" that I really hope they add to the menu, because I wasn't hungry at that point and still had way too many. Congrats again Erica!"
"Pietrzyk Pierogi was the best Eastern European comfort food I have had the privilege of trying in Michigan. I love to support women owned businesses and this is a gorgeous European-American woman owned business if I must say so myself. I’ve heard of pierogies but never tried one and I was not disappointed. Nestled in the bustling Gratiot Central Meat Market Pietrzyk Pierogi had a delicious dumpling filled with potatoes, cheese, and nice seasonings. Every bite was full of flavor and satisfying to the palette. The OG pierogi is the flavor I tried, they have many more which would be lovely for another time. The best time to visit is Friday and Saturday when they serve them fresh and hot!"
